The minute you meet Melissa and Peter you fall in love with them immediately.  And once you meet their families you know exactly where they get it from.  They all are the kindest people you will ever want to meet and I enjoyed every last bit of spending time with them on their wedding day.  PLUS they were so awesome to give me lots of photography time and two locations.  Yep, definitely love at first site for me!!  We started up in Westfield and then tackled the Jersey shore traffic to head to the beautiful Breakers in Spring Lake.  It was an amazing party and day…soon to be amazing honeymoon in Hawaii.  Seriously guys, if you change your minds about needing a trash the dress session in Hawaii I can be on the next plane out!

Deb and Ben are such a cute and loving couple with an amazing sense of humor so I get along with them really, really well. And the bonus for me is that they were totally into photography so I’m hoping they love all their images!!  They also have excellent taste in venues since they had their wedding at the beautiful Highlawn Pavillion in West Orange (food is aaammaazzing).  Hope you guys are home from your trip to see some of your pics, if not…hurry back!

I didn’t get to meet Lindsay and Rob when the originally booked me since they both live in Chicago.  When I did finally get to meet them, it wasn’t under the circumstances we had hoped for.  They had flown out to New Jersey to do their engagement session with me and of course it was during the worst snow storm we had all winter but they made it here just fine.  Their luggage on the other hand decided to go to another destination and we had to reschedule their portraits for another date yet to be chosen.  This past Saturday, on their wedding day, the weather was sooooo much better and everything arrived from Chicago without incident (at least I think so).  Once again Brettonwoods in Morris Plains did an amazing job and Rob and Lindsay are now soaking up the sun in the Mexican Riviera.  Guys….have a margarita for me!!!

I am still a little bummed that Elyse & Stuart’s wedding is over, I’ve grown very attached to them….two of the sweetest people I have ever met.  And I must be telling the truth because someone up there thinks so too since they had one of the most perfect days for their wedding.  70’s, sunny with a slight breeze, couldn’t ask for better.  Since they are from Hoboken, I was so happy that they wanted to do their pics strolling through the streets before heading to one of my favorite venues The Stone House in Warren.  Ceremony was perfect, party was awesome and I fell in love with their family and friends.  Congratulations on your marriage, the two of you are so perfectly fit for one another and I wish you a lifetime of happiness my friends.

Whenever Tina from Oh So Fab is putting together an event, I cannot wait to see what she comes up with.  This past Saturday, she put together the most amazing bridal shower at the Madison Bar & Grill in Hoboken.  I am always in awe of all the little details she puts together, things I would totally never think of.  Tina….once again, beautiful, beautiful work.
